Mr. R. H. Kothari, an industry veteran, is currently a dormant partner at CMS and has made the decision to devote the remainder of his life to philanthropy and social activism. In addition to his vast experience in the industry, he is renowned as the founder of a CBSE school, a hospital, and an animal welfare trust in his hometown of Rajasthan.

In 1991, Mr. S. R. Kothari assumed the leadership of the firm, succeeding his father. His contributions were instrumental in fostering the exponential growth of the company. Under his guidance, the turnover of CMS has multiplied tenfold since he took charge.

Recognized as a respected figure in the industry, Mr. Kothari has played a pivotal role in the abolition of Octroi and Local Body Tax, demonstrating his influence and commitment to positive change.

Manav S. Kothari - Partner

Since joining CMS in 2015, Manav Kothari has exhibited a remarkable ability to learn quickly, while also bringing a fresh perspective to the organization's business practices. He has been at the forefront of the company's diversification plan, successfully extending its operations into a new line of zinc trading.

Additionally, as a valued member of the BME, Manav Kothari has played an influential role in advocating for and achieving a reduction in import duties on scrap. His efforts have contributed to positive changes in the industry and furthered the company's objectives.
